The Sunheart website is dedicated to addressing life's more difficult questions, both spiritual and historical, and also having a lot of lighthearted fun. If the content on this site does not answer your questions, perhaps one of the many Sunheart books or tapes will. You can also email your questions to Sunheart at any time. The answers, based on the ancient knowledge, will be posted for others to share. (There is also an ancient tradition of saying "I don't know, go figure it out yourself... )Remember, you are the ultimate teacher! You are the world's foremost expert on being you! But if you ever need help, or run out of inspiration, you can always come here. As they say, "We're here to serve you!" (You want anchovies with that?)

This Sunheart site is about freedom of spiritual /cultural information, and self-expression. Like a free pizza, take what you want and leave the rest for someone else.
